WHEN I RECEIVE  A REQUEST TO SCHEDULE  A  CLASS AN EMAIL IS SENT TO  THE JACKS POND YOGA STUDIO EMAIL CONTACT GROUP INFORMING THE GROUP ABOUT THE REQUESTED  CLASS AND ACCORDING TO SPACE AVAILABLE OTHERS INTERESTED MAY ALSO ATTEND.

                                                                              THE CLASS MENU       

90 min RELAXATION YOGA with some Yin & Pilates $15   Suggested Days/Times SAT, SUN, MON OR FRI  @ 10 AM                                                                                                                                  

60 min  YIN YOGA OR RESTORATIVE YOGA  $10   Suggested Days/Times   FRI 7 PM & SUN 3 PM OR 7 PM                                                                                                                                                                  

10 min CARDIO FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH or PILATES WORKOUT ($Free addition to any class)           

Please dress in comfortable clothing. Consider bringing a HOODIE WITH EXTRA LONG SLEEVES  and  a pair of COMFY SOCKS to keep your body, hands and feet warm during Resting Sections of the Class.
