WORKOUT CLASSES:  CAN BE ADDED ON TO BOOKED YOGA  CLASS FOR  FREE  OTHERWISE  $5  

  • ESSENTIAL CARDIO FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT   10-20 MIN     
  • ESSENTIAL PILATES FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH TRAINING WORKOUT  10-20 MIN-

          HAVE A LOOK AT THE CLASS MENU (ABOVE) AND SIMPLY CONTACT RITA TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE CLASS TIME FOR YOURSELF AND A FRIEND OR FRIENDS.  * MINIMUM 2 PARTICIPANTS ARE required TO BOOK A CLASS

SIMPLY SEND AN EMAIL REQUEST TO  rita@relaxationyoga.ca  TO BE ADDED TO JACKS POND YOGA STUDIO EMAIL CONTACT LIST.  AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE GROUP WHENEVER THERE IS A BOOKED CLASS WITH SPACE AVAILABLE. IF YOUR INTERESTED IN ATTENDING SIMPLY CONTACT US TO BOOK YOUR SPOT!!


 Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring along something to put on that has long enough sleeves AND a pair of comfy socks in case either your hands or feet end up resting on the floor during any of the Resting Sections of the Class
