 Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring along something to put on that has long enough sleeves AND a pair of comfy socks in case either your hands or feet end up resting on the floor during any of the Resting Sections of the Class.

Come have a Unique  Artistic Experience with Newfoundland Artist Tish Holland and then Relax and Renew in a Restorative Yoga class with Rita Lester! Working with pencils, Pen, eraser and stumps you will learn the basic building blocks of drawing and then, weather permitting, Tish will  take  you outside  to practice in the beauty and diversity of nature around Jack's Pond. Art Supplies and a Snack are provided. Max 10 participants.  $50(no tax)
