Every Tuesday at 7PM - You receive a Pre-recorded Video. The Practice Videos alternate weekly between a 75 min Relaxation Yoga Practice and a 45 min "cozy" Yin & Somatic Practice.

You also have access to - A Complimentary Private Zoom for Personal Guidance- (Email me to Schedule a Time) AND Videos on your MEMBERSHIP PAGE that support getting the "Daily Habit "of Essential Morning Movement
