LIVE ONLINE MOVEMENT SUPPORT

Sunday Evening 7-8:15 PM (NST) -75 min Relaxation Yoga Self Care Practice (class recording will be emailed TO YOU 6:30PM the following Tuesday to support considering a Tuesday Evening Practice if were unable to attend the Live Online Sunday Evening Practice)

Monday Morning 8- 8:30 AM (NST) - 30 min Cardio Functional Strength Workout                                  

PRE-RECORDED MOVEMENT SUPPORT (membership page)

75 min Relaxation Yoga Self Care Practices (including CURRENT VIDEOS from Sunday Classes)

45 min Cozy Yin & Somatic Yoga Practices

20 min Essential Morning Movement Practice  

30 min Cardio Functional Strength Workout

Sunday - Relaxation Yoga Practice LIVE ONLINE (75 min)

Monday - Cardio Functional Strength Morning Workout LIVE ONLINE (30 min)

Tuesday - Essential Morning Movement Practice (20 min) AND/OR Relaxation Yoga Video (75 min)

Wednesday - Essential Morning Movement Practice (20 min)

Thursday - Essential Morning Movement Practice (20 min) AND/OR Evening Yin Yoga Practice (45 min)

Friday - Cardio Functional Strength Morning Workout (30 min)

Saturday - Essential Morning Movement Practice (20 min)
