Sunday Evening Zoom 75 min Relaxation Yoga Self Care Session 7-8:15 PM (NT) Monday Morning Zoom 30 min Cardio Functional Strength Workout 8-830 AM (NT) These Zoom Sessions will be recorded for Program Support & Development and not always accessible during this Program In addition to the two weekly Zoom Classes noted above - Your Membership Page will give you access to the Pre-Recorded Videos (ranging from 20 minutes to 75 minutes in length) to schedule your new HABIT of Essential Daily Movement Practice.
PICTURE THIS...Your Weekly Essential Daily Movement Practice Schedule Could be...One Evening Relaxation Yoga Practice (75 min); one Evening Yin Yoga Practice (45 min); two Morning Cardio Functional Strength Workouts (30 min) and three Essential Morning Movement Practices (20 min). A total of JUST 4 HOURS A WEEK and most days you could have your Essential Daily Movement Practice done before your day starts and the 2 Evenings of Yoga Practice - a fabulous way to end your day!!
