RELAXATION YOGA SELF CARE PROGRAM IS OFFERING VIDEO SUPPORT TO HELP YOU GAIN & MAINTAIN  YOUR WEEKLY ESSENTIAL MOBILITY, MOVEMENT AND MINDFULNESS PRACTICE HABIT UNTIL CLASSES START UP AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER.  

EVERY WEEK YOU WILL RECEIVE LINKS BY EMAIL TO HELP YOU SCHEDULE these ESSENTIAL SELF CARE PRACTICES...

 15 min Essential Morning Movement Practice   - suggest daily                                                                                                                               20 min Cardio Functional Strength Practice    -  suggest 1- 2 mornings a week                                                                                                         45 min Yin & Somatic Practice (either a Torso, Legs & Arms OR Hips, Pelvis & Glutes focus) - suggest 1 evening a week                                   75 min Relaxation Yoga  Self Care Practice (either a Torso, Legs & Arms OR Hips, Pelvis & Glutes focus)  - suggest 1 evening a week
