Rita Lester CYT is a Newfoundland and Labrador 'Community Based' Yoga Teacher. Since 1998 Rita has been designing/delivering "Relaxation Yoga" in the Community, Workplaces, Schools and Healthcare Settings.
Rita is currently offering a Weekly Live Online Program - Community Classes for the City of St Johns - and upon request Private or Group Classes in St. John's and Brigus Junction Areas.
Relaxation Yoga is the Practice of "Feeling Good" with Mindfulness, Movement & Mantra!.
The Practice incorporates Mindfulness, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates and Somatics.
Classes are Inclusive and Suitable for both Beginners and those with Prior Experience.

The wave forgets the truth that it is ocean, thinking itself To be the grand shape, which it has temporarily taken. For a while, it takes on the rupa (form) of wave.Finally, it remembe rs its true rupa (form) of ocean. The two coexist, though one is true, and theother, though beautiful, is only relatively true. So too, we humans forget our true nature,but, through yoga, can remember.
The Aim of Yoga is to allow the Spirit to find it’s true nature as Observer of the world and its a Teacher of Yoga’s responsibility to guide the Student towards that mark..
