YOUR PRACTICE WILL NATURALLY BEGIN TO SHOW UP IN YOUR “LIFE OFF THE MAT” MAKING FEELING GOOD AN ACCESSIBLE PART OF YOUR EXPERIENCE EVERY DAY..NO MATTER WHAT!


POSES ARE HELD LONGER AND DONE SLOWER TO FIND OUT WHAT IS “GOING ON” IN THE BODY AND THE MIND. VIA BIOFEEDBACK AND INCREASED BODY AWARENESS YOU MAY PREVENT INJURY AND, IF ALREADY INJURED OR ILL, RELAXATION YOGA CAN BE INSIGHTFUL AND THEREPEUDIC.

The wave forgets the truth that it is ocean, thinking itself To be the grand shape, which it has temporarily taken. For a while, it takes on the rupa (form) of wave.Finally, it remembe rs its true rupa (form) of ocean. The two coexist, though one is true, and theother, though beautiful, is only relatively true. So too, we humans forget our true nature,but, through yoga, can remember.

The Aim of Yoga is to allow the Spirit to find it’s true nature as Observer of the world and its a Teacher of Yoga’s responsibility to guide the Student towards that mark..
